Elizabeth Carbide Components became a subsidiary of Elizabeth Carbide Die Co., in 1972.

The company moved to Latrobe, Pennsylvania in 1975, and grew to 18,000 square feet with expansions in 1985 and 1988.

Elizabeth Carbide Components now operates in a new air conditioned, 25,000 square foot facility with future expansion capability to 45,000 square feet.
